Dunst bag trial heading back to court
Kirsten Dunst's purse theft trial is heading back to court after a jury failed to convict the man accused of snatching her belongings. James Jimenez was convicted of a misdemeanour criminal trespass charge at the beginning of the month (Oct09), but members of the jury failed to reach a verdict on charges of felony burglary. The accused allegedly stole the actress' bag in 2007 during a heist at the SoHo Grand Hotel in New York. Dunst, who was shooting How to Lose Friends & Alienate People at the time of the burglary, testified during the first trial. A retrial has been set for 3 December (09).
