3 stars out of 5.0
Sandra Bullock has signed on to appear in a new comedy entitled One of the Guys, playing a tomboy who suddenly rediscovers her love of all things female.

The film, which looks set to be produced by Bullock and business partner Todd Garner, sees her character revert back to being a girly-girl, throwing her all-male group of friends into turmoil.

It will be a return to comedy for the versatile actress, who has starred in a diverse range of movies throughout her extensive career.

The past two years have seen her star in Oscar-winning drama Crash and Truman Capote biopic Infamous, while she was also reunited with Speed co-star Keanu Reeves in The Lake House.

Yet Sandra has proved she can do both serious and comedic roles, featuring as the accident-prone undercover agent Gracie Hart in Miss Congeniality and its sequel, Miss Congeniality 2: Armed & Fabulous.

She shot to fame in 1993's futuristic action movie Demolition Man, which also starred Sylvester Stallone and Wesley Snipes.
