Rapper The Game 'could become BA Baracus'

US rapper The Game is being hotly tipped to appear in the forthcoming A Team remake as the jewellery-fond BA Baracus.

According to news provider Blackfilm, The Game – real name Jayceon Terrell Taylor – is one of the stars being considered for the role in the remake of the long-running 80s TV show.

Other artists considered for the role have included fellow rapper-turned-actor Common, Ice Cube and mixed martial arts fighter Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson.

Liam Neeson has reportedly already signed up to the film, which begins shooting in August, to play 'Faceman', while the Hangover's Bradley Cooper will be filling the shoes of 'Hannibal'.

The plot for the remake, which is being directed by Joe Carnahan and will follow a group of Iraq War veterans looks to clear their name with the US military, who suspect them of committing a crime for which they were framed.
