4 stars out of 5.0
Two action movie heroes are to share the limelight when filming starts on The Hard Corps next month.

According to Production Weekly, Wesley Snipes and Jean-Claude Van Damme will both be involved in the project that is being directed by Sheldon Lettich.

Lettich is no stranger to action movies, having written Rambo II and Rambo III, and directed Van Damme in Lionheart, Double Impact and The Order.

Van Damme will play the lead role of Patrick Sauvage, a combat vet who has spent three years in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Upon his return, Sauvage becomes the bodyguard of a former heavyweight boxer, played by Snipes, and he and his unit, The Hard Corps, must ensure the protection of their client.

Van Damme has appeared in many action films including Universal Soldier, Hard Target, Timecop and Streetfighter, while Snipes has been no less busy starring in Blade, Blade II, Demolition Man, Passenger 57 and U.S Marshals.
