Goblet of Fire fills Rowling coffers to overflowingBased on the fourth installment of J K Rowling's equally popular novels, the film joins Harry Potter And The Philosopher's Stone ($657 million) and Harry Potter And The Chamber of Secrets ($616 million) in the top five and which sit third and fourth respectively. The chart ranks international takings outside the North American market and includes the £48 million the film took at the UK box office. Commenting on the achievement head of Warner Bros Pictures International marketing, Sue Kroll, told Screen International: "[Director] Mike Newell captured the breadth and scope of this story, which allowed us to create a truly segmented marketing campaign that appealed to moviegoers of all ages and walks of life." Heading up the top five was James Cameron's epic seafaring tragedy Titanic (Kate Winslet, Leonardo DiCaprio), which took a massive $1.2 billion. Second was Peter Jackson's equally epic The Lord Of The Rings: The Return Of The King ($752 million), starring Orlando Bloom, Cate Blanchett and Ian McKellen.
