Ledger's last directorial work appears online

Late actor Heath Ledger's final work as a music video director has hit the web.

The Dark Knight star shot a promo for rapper pal No Fixed Abode shortly before his death from an accidental prescription drugs overdose in January (08).

Ledger filmed the footage for track Cause An Effect with a single camera in the garage at his Sydney, Australia home.

And No Fixed Abode frontman N'FA is glad his childhood pal agreed to do the job - and insists the star was "happy" with his creation.

He says, "The idea was to keep it very artistic which is what we did.

"Heath directed really well and I know that Heath was happy with the work. Every day I count my blessings that I got to have him direct this piece of art."

The actor previously directed videos for singer/songwriter Ben Drake and rockers Modest Mouse.
