New clips online for Hot Fuzz

Those who enjoyed Simon Pegg's film debut Shaun of the Dead might be excited to hear that clips of his new movie, Hot Fuzz, are available to watch online.

Rogue Pictures – the US distributor of Hot Fuzz – has put two clips from the eagerly-anticipated film on its website which is sure to whet the appetites of fans. Co-starring in the movie is Pegg's ever-present sidekick, Nick Frost.

Where as the duo's first film parodied George A. Romero's classic zombie movie Dawn Of The Dead, Hot Fuzz sees Pegg as police officer Nicholas Angel in the idyllic town of Sandford, where he discovers things are not quite what they seem.

Pegg, who has starred in British comedy classics such as Spaced and I'm Alan Partridge, also featured in this summer's blockbuster Mission: Impossible 3 as techie nerd Benji Dunn.

Shaun of the Dead also featured Bill Nighy and Lucy Davis – also known as Dawn from TV series The Office. Hot Fuzz is forecast for release on February 16th 2007.
