New Mark Wahlberg trailer online

Fans of Mark Wahlberg may be interested to cast their eyes on the trailer for his forthcoming film, a thriller entitled Shooter.

Now online, the teaser features footage of Wahlberg and co-star Danny Glover and hints at the film's action-based plot which sees the main character framed for a murder he didn't commit.

While it is Wahlberg's most recent foray into action films, he recently starred in The Departed, which included its fair share of violence.

After following his brother, Donnie Wahlberg, into the music business, Mark then chose the acting route, with early roles in Renaissance Man and Fear.

However, he was quickly cast in blockbusters such as The Perfect Storm and Planet Of The Apes after his role as porn star Dirk Diggler in Boogie Nights, acting opposite Burt Reynolds and Heather Graham.

Shooter is scheduled for release in the UK at the end of March 2007.
