Web Manager (£negotiable)

LOVEFiLM International is looking for a new manager of its leading UK entertainment websites. The leading candidate will have experience managing a team of web designers, and of working cross functionally in a sizeable organization. He/she will have a passion and drive that will help build one of the most successful e-commerce businesses in the UK. The position is full-time, and based in our West London offices.

Responsibilities

• Liaison with business units to design and specify change requests
• Manage team of developers and designers
• Reporting on website performance for executive management
• Liaison with external suppliers and agencies

Skills required

Essential skills

• Experience managing a front-end e-commerce team in a successful B2C environment
• Knowledge of HTML and associated technologies (AJAX, Flash, Javascript)
• Usability and design experience
• Project management skills
• Good interpersonal skills for working across a range of functions

Desired skills

• Web analytics experience
• Experience working on multi-lingual websites
• Experience managing across multiple office locations / countries
