Simpson wows crowds at Dukes premiere

The Dukes Of Hazzard premiere took place in London's Leicester Square last night, and singer-actress Jessica Simpson stole the show.

The blonde beauty looked absolutely stunning in a full-length gold Behnaz Sarafpour gown, a far cry from the ten-inch hot pants she wears in the film.

The star of Newlyweds said: "I grew up loving Daisy Duke. She was someone I idolised as a kid so to play her is a dream come true."

Simpson was joined on the red carpet by her co-stars, Jackass funnyman Johnny Knoxville and American Pie actor Seann William Scott.

Others to attend the premiere included Tara Reid, who has also appeared in American Pie, as well as My Boss's Daughter and Van Wilder.

Reality TV star Jack Osbourne, models Jordan and Jodie Marsh and Big Brother contestants Anthony Hutton and Makosi were all present as well.

The film is a remake of the late 70s, early 80s cult TV series, and marks Simpson's film debut.
