Hollywood Veteran Michael Douglas shares centre stage with Kim Basinger, Keifer Sutherland and Eva Longoria in The Sentinel, the action thriller about the Secret Service, now released on DVD.

Douglas, who carved a place for himself in celluloid history in classics such as Wall Street, also starring Charlie Sheen, stars as a Secret Service agent with a history.

As the hero of the piece Douglas is flanked by small screen stars Sutherland and Longoria, coming out of the hit TV series 24 and Desperate Housewives, respectively. Basinger, who has starred in a range of dramas including 8 Mile, L.A. Confidential and Cellular in recent years depicts the first lady in The Sentinel, alongside David Rasche as President Ballentine.

Viewers can get a piece of the action at home on the small screen in one of the biggest DVD releases of 2007 so far. The film is rated 12A.
