New Keira Knightley trailer online

A teaser for Atonement, the new film starring Keira Knightley and James McAvoy, is now available to watch online ahead of its scheduled release next September.

The movie, based on a 2001 novel by Booker Prize-winning author Ian McEwan, tells the story of a group of children in the 1930s who begin a tragic chain of events through mistaken identity.

Adapted for the screen by Christopher Hampton, Atonement is directed by Joe Wright who also took the helm of last year's wonderful Pride & Prejudice, starring Knightley as the reluctant heroine Lizzie Bennet.

Meanwhile, in the run-up to the release of Atonement, fans of McEwan's novels may want to rent Enduring Love, based on his book of the same name.

A psychological thriller, Enduring Love features Daniel Craig and Rhys Ifans in a tale of obsession beginning with a horrendous accident one day in a peaceful field.
