Dane Cook 'in negotiations' for new comedy

Employee Of The Month star Dane Cook is in negotiations to feature in a new movie about a man who takes women on terrible dates.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Bachelor No 2 tells the story of a man named Tank who is hired to provide bad dates which persuade girls to go back to the exes they recently dumped.

However, when he is asked to provide the service for his best friend's ex, things go awry and he is left confused by the whole thing.

Although Cook is probably better known in the US for his stand-up comedy, UK fans can currently rent his previous films on DVD.

These include the aforementioned Employee of the Month - starring Jessica Simpson - while he also featured in Waiting, alongside Justin Long, Ryan Reynolds and Anna Faris.
