Ocean's Thirteen cast cause a stir

2 stars out of 5.0
Chicago film fans braved the heat to catch a glimpse of the cast of Ocean's Thirteen as they arrived at the premiere.

George Clooney, Matt Damon and co-stars posed for pictures on the red carpet of the AMC River East Theatres amid screams of mainly female fans, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

College graduate Jessie Biedron told the newspaper that "dreamy" Clooney was the only star who met fans during a downpour ahead of the Bafta awards in London last year and had come to see Damon this time.

David Steinberg, who took photographs of the cast on his digital camera, said that he liked the first two Ocean's films and joked that the newspaper should sponsor him with the $2,000 () to get him into the charity event that followed the premiere.

Apparently concerned that Clooney might expire from the heat, medical student Behnoosh Shayegan wondered if the star, famous for his good looks, needed assistance.

"Does he need medical attention?" she asked with a smile.

Ocean's Thirteen is released in the UK this weekend (Friday June 8th).
