Cast grows for Cameron Diaz comedy

A new comedy featuring Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher saw its cast grow yesterday, with two new names added to the forthcoming movie What Happens in Vegas.

The Hollywood Reporter notes that Lake Bell and Rob Corddry will join Diaz and Kutcher in the film, which follows two strangers who find they are married and have won a casino jackpot after a night of debauchery in the city.

Lake Bell's previous work consists mostly of television shows including Boston Legal, The Practice and Miss Match, which also stars Alicia Siverstone.

Likewise, Rob Corddry has starred in various US comedy series including Arrested Development, Curb Your Enthusiasm and the satirical talk show The Daily Show.

He also played the role of Bryce in this year's figure-skating comedy Blades of Glory.

Shooting is yet to start on What Happens in Vegas but the movie is scheduled for release sometime in the second half of next year.
