Run, Fat Boy, Run premieres in Leicester Square

3 stars out of 5.0
David Schwimmer, Simon Pegg and Thandie Newton all helped to celebrate the premiere of their latest movie, entitled Run, Fat Boy, Run, in Leicester Square this week.

Following Pegg and Schwimmer's roles in heist comedy Big Nothing, the pair teamed up once again for Run, Fat Boy Run, which tells the story of a man so desperate to win back his ex-fiance that he decides to prove his love by running a marathon.

Schwimmer - known for his role as Ross Gellar in Friends - directed the film and told Empire Online how much he enjoyed it.

"I wouldn't hesitate to work with Simon again," he said. "On Big Nothing … there were days when we didn't work together and this time there were days when I got to work with him everyday [sic]. It was a blast."

Thandie Newton plays Pegg's ex-fiance while Black Books and Shaun Of The Dead star Dylan Moran also stars in the movie, which opens in cinemas this Friday.
