Bill Murray 'may appear in Ghostbusters sequel'

5 stars out of 5.0
Bill Murray has suggested he may appear in the planned Ghostbusters sequel, but only if the script is good enough.

Columbia Pictures recently revealed it has enlisted writers Gene Stupnitsky and Lee Eisenberg to pen the script for a follow-up to the original 1980s movies.

Murray has not ruled out blasting the ghouls alongside fellow ghostbusters Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis one more time, but said he is getting tired of being constantly asked about the sequel.

"Every single interview has asked me about the Ghostbusters film," he said.

"There are two fellas from The Office that are writing the script, but I have yet to see it. I'm more involved in trying to get the dessert we ordered at lunch today than the Ghostbusters sequel.

"It's all about the script. It's not like I have any obligation to the franchise or anyone," he added.

Murray's latest film City Of Ember was released in the UK on Friday (October 10th).
