Noth: Sex sequel will happen

3 stars out of 5.0
Chris Noth has said he believes a sequel to the Sex and the City movie will go-ahead, as it a cert to make a lot of money.

The first movie, which was a spin-off from the hugely popular US TV series, raked in more than £275 million when it was released last summer.

Noth, who plays Mr Big in the show, claimed movie bosses will not be able to resist the amount of money a follow-up would produce.

"I bet there will be another one. Too many executives want too much money," he told Hollyscoop.com.

However, co-star Cynthia Nixon recently said that a follow-up is not a reality until the cast has signed to a second film.

Sex and the City stylist Patricia Field said a sequel to the hugely-popular film is definitely in the pipeline.

"I do believe it will happen, because [creator] Michael Patrick King himself told me it's gonna happen," she told MTV.
