Pinto and Rourke land Elle Style Award honours

Slumdog Millionaire star Freida Pinto has continued the hit movie's winning streak, winning a Best Actress prize at the Elle Style Awards.

The drama scooped seven British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) awards on Sunday (08Feb09) - and Pinto followed it with a nod at Monday (09Feb09) night's ceremony.

Mickey Rourke walked away with the Best Actor gong for his role as Randy 'The Ram' Robinson in The Wrestler - the same trophy he won at the previous evening's BAFTAs.

Actress Sienna Miller walked away with the top fashion award of the night, picking up the Elle Style Icon prize.

Other stars to receive gongs at the event included rockers Kings of Leon for Best Music and Courtney Love, who landed the Woman Of The Year honour.
