Slater arrested again after street scene

5 stars out of 5.0
One of Hollywood's bad boys, Christian Slater, is back in trouble again, having been arrested on a charge of sexually harassing a woman on the street.

It is not the first time Slater has been in trouble with the law, after he assaulted his girlfriend in 1998, leading to a jail sentence.

Slater is currently plying his trade on Broadway, in the Tenneessee Williams play The Glass Menagerie.

The actor came to prominence in 1986, opposite Sean Connery in The Name Of The Rose, followed by his performance alongside Winona Ryder and Shannen Doherty in Heathers, in 1989.

Two years later he appeared in the hugely successful Robin Hood: Prince Of Thieves, with Kevin Costner, Morgan Freeman and Alan Rickman.

All action lead roles followed with True Romance, which featured Dennis Hopper, Gary Oldman and Christopher Walken and John Woo's Broken Arrow.

More recently, he played the role of Winston Churchill in the spoof Churchill: The Hollywood Years.

His flagging career was recently revived after his stint in London's West End, appearing in the stage adaptation of the classic Jack Nicholson film One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest.
