Spielberg's next film gets a title
The film will simply be called Munich, and will focus on the upshot of the 11 Israeli athletes killed at the Munich Olympic Games in 1972.
A strong cast is in place, including Troy actor Eric Bana, Daniel Craig of Layer Cake fame and French actor Mathieu Kassovitz, who appeared in Amelie.
Geoffrey Rush, fresh from his roles in Pirates Of The Caribbean and The Life And Death Of Peter Sellers, will also star in Munich.
The film is due to be released on December 23rd of this year, and will only be the second time in Spielberg's long career that he has directed two films within one year, a feat he achieved in 2002 with Minority Report and Catch Me If You Can.
