Narnia children unveiled

Leicester Square played host to the unveiling of the four child stars to appear in the upcoming blockbuster The Chronicles of Narnia, today.

Billed as a rival to the hegemony of Harry Potter in the Christmas box-office stakes the new film will star William Moseley, 18, Georgie Henley, 10, Anna Popplewell, 16 and 14-year-old Skandar Keynes, who went to the same school as Daniel Radcliffe, who plays the eponymous hero of JK Rowling's novels.

Also appearing in the film adaptation of the CS Lewis classic are Tilda Swinton as the White Witch and Liam Neeson as the voice of Aslan the lion.

"This is my first movie so it's quite overwhelming for me, but it's amazing," Georgie Henley told the BBC.

"I don't want to sound selfish or anything, but I kind of like being in the spotlight. It's nice to be noticed."
