Domino escapes on to screens
Knightley plays Domino Harvey, a young Brit who becomes bored of life and decides to kill people in the US for money. Harvey joins a team of bounty hunters, played by Mickey Rourke and Edgar Ramirez.
As she does, she is followed by a reality TV producer (Christopher Walken). The group finds itself working for bail bondsman Claremont Williams (Delroy Lindo). Claremont develops a scheme, however, to find $300,000 by illegitimate means. Harvey's team of vigilantes end up caught in what turns out to be a bloody dispute.
The film is directed by Tony Scott and was produced with the assistance of Domino Harvey herself. It is not clear how much of the movie is true to fact, which itself is admitted in the film.
Harvey was the daughter of supermodel Pauline Stone and actor Laurence Harvey. She died in July of this year, in circumstances which were determined by the coroner to be "accidental".
Warwick Stone, Harvey's uncle, told the Los Angeles Times that she had "wanted to be a legend. I would like Domino to have a decent legend."
