Fey's costume struggle for Date Night

Tina Fey struggled with her sexy costumes for upcoming movie Date Night - the super-tight clothes meant she needed an assistant to help her go to the toilet.

The 30 Rock creator appears opposite Steve Carell as a woman working to repair her marriage in the forthcoming comedy.

But Fey had a tough time wearing a full-length gown for much of the shoot.

She says, "That dress was really uncomfortable. I wore it for 52 days."

And that wasn't the only piece of clothing which caused a problem for Fey - she also dons an uncomfortable corset for one saucy scene.

She adds, "And then they put me in the red corset, which was worse. I even needed a helper to go to the bathroom - a very nice woman, but it was quite demoralising all the same."
