Gibson 'dropped by agents'
Mel Gibson has reportedly been dropped by his talent agency following his well-publicised personal problems.
The Braveheart star is being investigated by Los Angeles police amid allegations he was violent towards ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva during a reported incident in January (10).
It came after Gibson was accused of using offensive racial language in an expletive-laden, recorded argument with his ex. The former couple is also battling it out over visitation rights to their baby daughter, Lucia, following their split.
Now Gibson has been dealt another blow - he's been dropped by executives at William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, just days after the death of his longtime agent, Ed Limato, on 3 July (10), according to The Hollywood Reporter.
But the star's publicist is refusing to confirm the rumours. In a statement, Alan Nierob says, "It is way too soon to be discussing agency representation out of respect to Mel's 30-plus years relationship with longtime agent Ed Limato."
