Christopher Nolan: Inception gets better with every viewing
Speaking to MTV News, the director, who also worked on Memento, said that after working on a film for so long, many movies are difficult to watch.
He noted: "I think Inception resists that. Partly it's because the world of the human mind, the idea that you can kind of go anywhere in this story, means that its limitations are hard to get a hold of."
"It kind of lives outside the movie in a way. I think that's fun. I think that's what Hollywood blockbusters should be trying to do," the director added.
Starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Tom Hardy, Cillian Murphy and Ellen Page, Inception tells of a world where technology exists to enter the human mind through dream invasion, making a single idea within one's mind the most dangerous weapon or the most valuable asset.
