Emma Bunton: There are no plans for a second Spice World movie
Released in 1997, Spice World followed the girl group, made up of Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm, Geri Halliwell and Victoria Beckham, as they performed all over the world.
Reports suggested that Bunton had claimed that the girls were going to do a musical sequel to the first film.
But writing on Twitter, Bunton denied that there were any plans for a film.
Instead, she said the group were focusing on their upcoming stage musical Viva Forever.
Writing on Twitter, Bunton said: "Guys I'm sorry but I did not mention that we would be doing another film!"
She added the Spice Girls are "very excited" about "[our] musical in the theatre".
Spice World also starred Jason Flemyng, Stephen Fry, Richard E Grant, Bob Geldof, Elvis Costello, Alan Cummings and Michael Barrymore.
