Kristofferson & Connick, Jr. to star in dolphin tale
Kris Kristofferson and Harry Conninck, Jr. are to play father and son in a new dolphin movie.
The two singer/songwriters will lead the cast in family film Dolphin Tale, which is currently shooting in Florida.
The movie chronicles the real-life story of an 11-year-old boy who nursed a tailless dolphin back to life after an accident at sea and convinced doctors to fit a prosthetic.
Winter, the dolphin at the centre of the story, will play herself in the film.
Connick, Jr. will play the boss of the aquarium, where Winter learns to swim again with her fake tail.
