Fantastic Four 2 trailer goes online

After the recent pictures of the Fantasticar were released, fans of the Fantastic Four franchise are in for another treat as a trailer for the sequel has gone online.

Available to view on Apple's website, the preview of Fantastic Four 2: Rise of The Silver Surfer shows the wedding of Invisible Girl and Mr Fantastic interrupted by a meteor in the sky - which turns out to be the Silver Surfer himself.

Scheduled for release on June 15th 2007, the movie features all the original cast members, including Jessica Alba, Ioan Gruffudd and Michael Chiklis.

It is also rumoured that the quartet's previous foe, Dr Doom, will make a return. The character is played by Julian McMahon, who is probably best known for his roles on various television series.

Most recently, McMahon played Dr Christian Troy on Nip/Tuck, a show about two plastic surgeons in Miami, while he previously played Cole Turner in the supernatural drama, Charmed.
