More stars join Wolverine pack
The paper says Collins will play Wolverine's love interest Kayla Silverfox in the upcoming movie, while Huston will take on the role of General Stryker, the man behind the shadowy Weapons X programme.
Hip-hop frontman will.i.am will play Wraith, a test subject for Stryker's experiments.
They will be joined by Ryan Renolds - whose rom-com Definitely, Maybe is currently in the UK top ten - and Friday Night Lights star Taylor Kitsch for the film, which stars Hugh Jackman as the mean mutant of adamantium.
Also confirmed for the cast is Liev Schreiber of The Scream trilogy, who will play Wolverine's nemesis, Sabretooth.
According to the paper, the new movie is set 17 years before the first X-Men film.
The original movie, which opened in 2000, starred Famke Janssen as Dr Jean Grey, Halle Berry as Storm and Enchanted's James Marsden as Cyclops.
