4 stars out of 5.0
The project Heath Ledger was working on at the time of his death will be completed with the assistance of Jude Law, Colin Farrell and Johnny Depp, it has been confirmed.

Entitled The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus and directed by Terry Gilliam, the movie is to continue production with each actor representing different aspects of the character Ledger was playing.

A statement released by the film's producers said digital technology would not be needed to alter scenes involving the Australian actor, who died unexpectedly in January.

Gilliam announced that not only is he "delighted" that Ledger’s "brilliant" performance can be seen by audiences, but he is looking forward to the project "being able to touch people's hearts and souls as Heath was able to do".

The director had previously collaborated with Ledger on The Brothers Grimm, which was released in 2005.

It is expected that the actor's penultimate film, The Dark Knight, will still hit the big screen in July.
