This deeply disturbing film left me feeling that perhaps the director wanted us all to see how society has degenerated in 2011. The extreme acts of violence portrayed by Jay in this film were psychologically disturbing. At least the sub-plot saves the film not giving too much away. That poor librarian didn't deserve such torture. If you are squeemish or don't like aggressive butchery of the human anatomy then donot watch this film.
