Charles Dance is one of the UK’s leading Actors turned Director. Educated at the RSC he has appeared in many major films including Gosford Park, Alien 3, Last Action Hero, as well as leading television dramas such as Fingersmith. He was Emmy Award nominated, for his roles as Mr Tulkinghorn, in Bleak House. His directorial debut, came in the form of Ladies in Lavender (2004) which starred the formidable talents of Dame Judy Dench and Maggie Smith.
