Chloe Moretz can’t get enough of vampires.
The Let Me In star is in talks to join Tim Burton’s Dark Shadows.
The 14 year old actress will play Carolyn, the daughter of Michelle Pfeiffer’s matriarch.
Moretz made her onscreen debut in 2004 at the age of seven, and the following year starred in The Amityville Horror, which earnt her recognition as a rising star.
Most recently she starred in Let Me In, the US remake of Let The Right One In, and the busy actress has wrapped Martin Scorsese’s new film Hugo Cabret, set for a December 2011 release.
Dark Shadows is a film adaptation of the popular 1960s gothic horror soap opera which revolved around the life of vampire Barnabus Collins.
The exact plot of Burton’s film is unknown, however the script is being written by Pride and Prejudice and Zombies novelist Seth Grahame-Smith.
Johnny Depp will play Barnabus in the new adaptation and the all-star cast also will also include Jackie Earle Haley and Eva Green. Michael Sheen is rumoured to be in consideration for a role.
The film looks set for a 2012 release.
