After several weeks spent shooting prison riot scenes and filming a lycra-clad Anne Hathaway on the Batpod in Pittsburgh, Christopher Nolan is relocating The Dark Knight Rises to Los Angeles.
The Batman team packed up their set after a three week intensive shoot in The Steel City of Pittsburgh, ready for the sunny coast of California.
L.A. will follow in the footsteps of several other locations including, Pittsburgh, India, England and Scotland, which have all played host to the Caped Crusader and his comic-book rivals.
With several studios at his disposal, Nolan can rest assured that his third Batman film is in the very capable hands of Hollywood.
The shoot will finish up in New York City in October, before moving to Nolan’s trusted editing team for the final post-production stages.
And by then it's more than likely there'll be another teaser trailer - fingers crossed.
Stay tuned for more The Dark Knight Rises updates.
