Tron Short Film Released on YouTube
Tron: The Next Day, a short film bridging the gap between Tron: Legacy and the upcoming sequel, has been released online.
The short was originally a DVD extra and explains much of the gap between the two films, especially the emergence of the "Flynn Lives" underground movement.
Be warned though, for those that haven’t seen the film, the short includes a few spoilers.
The story also follows ENCOM’s young owner, Sam Flynn, after he takes over the company at the end of Tron: Legacy.
The short is the first of two planned, which will explain the gap between the films, as well as stoking the hype surrounding the project.
The next short is rumoured to star Olivia Wilde as Quorra and Cillian Murphy as Ed Dillinger Jr., who is tipped to feature as the forthcoming film's villain.
