Atwell loved gun scenes in Captain America
Hayley Atwell relished her gun-toting scenes in Captain America: The First Avenger after realising she had a "natural" ability to handle the weapon.
The Brideshead Revisited star plays Captain America's leading lady in this year's (11) action movie, and she admits her favourite days on set involved using the prop guns.
She tells the BBC, "I did (learn). It kind of came naturally actually. I was really excited about it and I started off with a pistol and they bumped me up to a machine gun.
"I just had an instinct for it. They're quite heavy as well... I did lots of physical training for the film to bulk up so it makes it more convincing I would have one of these about my person."
