Fisher arrested after neighbour dispute - report
Actor David Dayan Fisher was arrested in Los Angeles on Thursday (01Sep11) on suspicion of felony battery, according to U.S. reports.
The NCIS star is said to have confronted his neighbour over whether some swimming pool towels had been hung up, before allegedly attacking and choking him.
The unnammed man escaped Fisher's grasp and called the cops, who arrested Fisher at the scene. He was booked and his bail has been set at £31,250, according to TMZ.com.
Fisher's neighbour was taken to a local hospital.
