Tell me about the free trial
We want to give you the chance to try LOVEFiLM, so new customers are eligible for a 30-day free trial, absolutely free. If you decide LOVEFiLM is not for you, all you have to do is cancel your membership and return all DVDs before the end of the trial, and you won't be charged anything.
If you are enjoying LOVEFiLM, you don't have to do anything more. At the end of your free trial you will automatically become a LOVEFiLM member..
What's the catch?
None! Your first 30 days are completely free of charge. There are no hidden charges, and no late fees. Even the postage is free both ways - you just get your films, watch them, and send them back to receive more.
There is no obligation to continue and no minimum contract. If you like our service, at the end of the trial you don't have to do anything to become a full member of LOVEFiLM.
Why do I have to supply my credit card details?
We are legally required to confirm that all of our members are aged 18 years or older. It also covers us in case our DVDs are not returned.
Will any money be deducted from my credit card?
No. Until you become a full member of LOVEFiLM, no money will be deducted from your credit card.

Terms and conditions
1. This offer expires at midnight on 31st December 2008.
2. To register for your free trial, a valid credit or debit card is required.
3. Your free trial expires 30 days after registration.
4. You will NOT be charged during the free trial unless you change your subscription package.
5. Depending on the package you choose, you may have either 1, 2 or 3 discs out at any one time.
6. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
7. Existing subscribers or those who have previously enjoyed a free trial with any LOVEFiLM-powered site are not eligible.
8. At the end of your free trial, you will automatically become a paying member unless you cancel your subscription and return any of our discs in your possession BEFORE the end of your free trial.
9. To receive your £10 LOVEFiLM Shop e-voucher, you must validly register for the free trial, put at least ten discs in your
rental list and we must have dispatched your first disc to you.
10. Within 30 days from dispatch of your first disc, we will email your £10 LOVEFiLM Shop e-voucher to you at the email address on your account as at the date of dispatch.
