1. Your LOVEFiLM gift card entitles you to choose between one of the gifts referred to on the back of the gift card. The gift card is valid only if activated at the time of purchase. 2. To receive your gift you must first register with LOVEFiLM. For this, a valid credit or debit card is required and you must be 18 or over with a delivery address in the UK. 3. If you select a rental package, then it will state whether games are included and whether it is a subscription rental package or a "Pay As You Go" rental package. If a subscription package, it will state whether your rentals are capped (i.e., you can receive only a certain number of rentals each month) or unlimited. If your rentals are unlimited, your package will specify how many DVDs and/or games you may have out at any one time. 4. If you select a subscription rental package, you will NOT be charged during your gift package but on expiry of your package, you will automatically become a paying member of LOVEFiLM on the same package unless you cancel your subscription and return any of our DVDs and/or games in your possession BEFORE expiry of your package. 5. Gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded wholly or partly for cash or redeemed in part or full payment of any other LOVEFiLM products or services. Not for re-sale. 6. Rental gift packages may be cancelled at any time; however, no refunds or credits will be given for any unused portion. 7. Gifts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. 8. Delivery of DVDs and/or games under a gift package or of any product purchased with the e-voucher can be made to anywhere in the UK (note: this excludes the Republic of Ireland). 9. If you select a rental package and you are already a LOVEFiLM customer, then how you can redeem your gift package will depend on whether each of your existing package, and the gift package you wish to select, is a subscription package (i.e, for which you make regular monthly payments) or a "Pay As You Go" gift package, as follows: (a) If you already have a Subscription package and you wish to select a Subscription gift package then: (a) if your existing subscription package has a lower value than your gift subscription package, then you will be given the choice of: (i) upgrading to the gift package for the duration of the gift package; or (ii) applying the value of your gift package to your existing subscription package. If your existing subscription package has a higher value than your gift package, then we will apply the value of your gift package to your existing subscription package. We will treat any unlimited package as having a higher value than any capped package. The value of your gift package is the amount shown on the front of your gift card. (b) If you already have a Subscription package and you wish to select a "Pay As You Go" gift package, then you must cancel your existing subscription package in accordance with our terms and conditions (including returning all discs to us) first before you register for your "Pay As You Go" gift package. (c) If you already have a "Pay As You Go" package and you wish to select a Subscription gift package, then we calculate the remaining value of your "Pay As You Go" package based on the number of credits remaining and refund it to your account at the point that your gift subscription starts. (d) If you already have a "Pay As You Go" package and you wish to select a "Pay As You Go" gift package, then the number of credits in your "Pay As You Go" gift package will be credited to your existing "Pay As You Go" package. Please note that any existing credits will be used before any gift package credits and that gift package credits (like all "Pay As You Go" credits) must be used within 6 months. 10.
