Prize Draw Terms and Conditions: 1. The Summer 2009 prize draw is available to members of LOVEFiLM and Tesco DVD Rental. 2. If you are already a LOVEFiLM or Tesco DVD Rental member, you will automatically be entered into the Summer 2009 prize draw each time a person validly registers for a free trial of the LOVEFiLM or Tesco DVD Rental service, enters your unique Summer promotional code at the time of registration and adds at least 10 DVDs or games to his or her rental list by 23:59 on 30/10/2009. 3. If you are not already a LOVEFiLM or Tesco DVD Rental member, you will automatically be entered into the Summer 2009 prize draw when you validly register for a free trial of the LOVEFiLM or Tesco DVD Rental service, enter your unique Summer promotional code at the time of registration and add at least 10 DVDs or games to your rental list by 23:59 on 30/10/2009. 4. The prize draw will be held on 12/12/2009. The prizes (in order) are (i) £5000 cash; (ii) five Sony 7" portable DVD players (Model: DVPFX720W); (iii) five Sony Blu-ray players (Model: BDP-S350); and (iv) 100 pairs of cinema tickets (note that certain exclusions apply to cinema tickets: see ticket voucher for details). 5. The winner will be notified within 5 working days of the prize draw using the email address on his or her account on the date of the prize draw. If there has been no response from the originally selected winner after 30 days, the prize will be awarded to the reserves in consecutive order drawn at the time of original winner. 6. The prize is non-transferable. There will be no cash alternatives. We reserve the right to alter the advertised prize in circumstances out of our control but the alternative prize will be of an equal or greater value. 10.
