Terms and conditions of the LOVEFiLM "Share the LOVE" Reward Scheme
1. The "Share the LOVE" Reward Scheme (the "Reward Scheme") is only available to existing subscribers to LOVEFiLM. In these terms, a "Qualifying New Subscriber" is a person who (a) registers successfully for the LOVEFiLM service via the unique link given to a particular LOVEFiLM subscriber; (b) rents at least one DVD; (c) pays at least three monthly subscription charge and (d) has never been a member of a LOVEFiLM operated service before or taken a free trial. A person simply taking a free trial is not a Qualifying New Subscriber. 2. To receive a Reward, you must refer the specified number of Qualifying New Subscribers for the Reward. Once you select a Reward, all Qualifying New Subscribers referred through your unique link will count towards that Reward for a period of 12 months. 3. You can upgrade to a more valuable Reward or downgrade to a less valuable Reward at any time. 4. If you wish to claim a reward and have more referrals than the required number, then you will keep those additional referrals and your account will be reverted to the lowest value reward after claiming the initial reward. 5. You'll be credited for anyone that becomes a full member after a 30 day trial through your unique link and subsequently makes 3 monthly payments. 6. Keep checking your account to see how your referrals are progressing. We'll email you when you have qualified for a reward. 7. LOVEFiLM reserves the right to change or withdraw any of the Rewards and/or the number of Qualifying New Subscribers required for a Reward and/or the Reward Scheme as a whole at any time for any or no reason. Notice of change or withdrawal will be placed on the LOVEFiLM website. 8. LOVEFiLM cannot accept responsibility for any lost or delayed communication (including any referral by a member or any registration by a Qualifying New Subscriber) or for any errors or defects in any communications, which happen because of server functions, internet connectivity, communications systems, viruses, bugs or other things that LOVEFiLM does not control. LOVEFiLM cannot accept responsibility for any loss or delay of Rewards posted to a member which happen due to the postal service. Nothing shall exclude LOVEFiLM's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence. 9. These terms do not confer any rights on Qualifying New Subscribers or any person other than LOVEFiLM International Limited and participating members. 10. If you forward any email relating to the Reward Scheme to any third party, you represent and warrant to LOVEFiLM that that recipient has consented to receive it. 11.
