1. This free trial offer expires at midnight on 31.07.2012. 2. To register for your free trial, a valid credit or debit card is required and you must be 18 or over. 3. The code you enter will determine the length of your free trial. 4. Depending on the package you choose, you may have either 1, 2 or 3 discs out at any one time. Excludes Pay Per View services. 5. You can cancel your subscription at any time. 6. Existing or previous subscribers to LOVEFiLM, or free trialists of LOVEFiLM or any LOVEFiLM–powered site are not eligible to receive this offer. 7. At the end of your free trial, you will automatically become a paying member unless you cancel your subscription and return any of our discs in your possession BEFORE the end of your free trial. 8. This offer may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer and is limited to one per household. 10. Prize Draw terms and conditions:
1. The Christmas 2011 prize draw is available to members of LOVEFiLM who are UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees or contractors of LOVEFiLM or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of this promotion, or their families may not enter this prize promotion.  Persons resident in a country or jurisdiction outside the UK may not enter. 2. If you are already a LOVEFiLM member, you will automatically be entered into the Christmas 2011 prize draw each time a person that you refer validly registers for a free trial of the LOVEFiLM service, enters a unique promotional code at the time of registration and adds at least 10 DVDs or games to his or her rental list by 23:59 on 24th April 2012. 3. If you are not already a LOVEFiLM member and are registering as a result of a referral by an active LOVEFiLM member, you will automatically be entered into the Christmas 2011 prize draw when you validly register for a free trial of the LOVEFiLM service, enter a unique promotional code at the time of registration and add at least 10 DVDs or games to your rental list by 23:59 on 24th April 2012. 4. Winners will be chosen at random by LOVEFiLM and will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date using the then current email address on that person’s LOVEFiLM or Tesco DVD Rental account.  It is your responsibility to check your email account to see if you have won.  If there has been no response from the originally selected winner within 30 days of notification, the prize will be awarded to the reserves in consecutive order drawn at the time of original winner. 5. Within six weeks of notification, the details of the prizes will be provided to the winner via the current email address on his or her LOVEFiLM account.  The prizes in order are (i) £5,000 cash; (ii)100 pairs of cinema tickets (note that certain exclusions apply to cinema tickets: see ticket voucher for details). Details of the winners will be available by contacting LOVEFiLM customer services. 6. The prize is non-transferable. There is no cash alternative.  We reserve the right to alter the advertised prizes in circumstances out of our control but any alternative prize will be of an equal or greater value. 7. LOVEFiLM does not accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorised access to entries or notifications, or entries or notifications lost, damaged or delayed as a result of server functions, internet congestion, technical issue or any other cause whatsoever outside LOVEFiLM’s control. 8. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, LOVEFiLM reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion, amend these terms and conditions, declare void the notification of winners and/or to allocate the prize by a fresh draw. 9. The winners may be required to participate in publicity connected with this promotion and it is a condition of entry that you agree to your name being made publicly available if you win. 10. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them.  LOVEFiLM's decision is final in every situation and no correspondence will be entered into.  This promotion is governed by English law.
