Rated - 5 starsBest game ever?

I cannot wait for the release of this title.

The physics engines ( yes there are 3 used in this game) have all been built from scratch and from trailers and video reviews look like the most realistic engines ever used.

The graphics are phenominal and it is promised to be a lengthy game also, plus who can argue with chucking stormtroopers around a room with your mind? no one thats who.

I will be deffinatly purchasing this game and i thoroughly recommend this to any star wars fans and new comers alike.

Bought this game today, and so far have spent 4 hours on it

It has the star wars wow factor - sounds and darth vader etc, BUT

It is quite repetitive, has terrible camera dynamics, half the time i cant see where i am going, or the camera is inside my body.

Graphics are ok, but not a patch on, for example MGS4.

I would recommend renting and not buying this game

this game is great, if you love star wars then you must get it, the graphics are decent and the force powers are so much fun, never had i had so much fun gripping a stormtrooper, frying his ass, then send him hurling 100 feet in the air, this is a MUST.

Rated - 3 starsStunning Graphics, poor gameplay

A customer from Suffolk , 18/11/2008

Upon first playing this game i was very impressed with the graphics and force powers etc. However after playing a few levels the gameplay became quite repetitive and with the likes of Bioshock, Fallout3 and farcry2 on my rental list i decided to send it back rather than waste a rental slot. I can't really comment fully as I did not play the game to completion but here is what I found:

Good Things

1. Graphics are stunning

2. Very nice lightsaber combat and the best force powers available

Bad things about this game;

1. Unresponsive controls - It can take a few button presses to get the on-screen character to respond. Directing the force powers and targeting can be a bit

haphazard also

2. Very linear gameplay with little to do apart from follow a restrictive path with similar enemies until you reach a boss ( i.e jedi )

3. In order to kill tougher enemies such as Jedi, when their health is almost finished it goes into an automated cur scene sequence with you having to press the correct combination of buttons to successfully kill the opponent. This is pointless as you are watching the screen for what button to press next instead of the cut scene

4. When accessing any of the menu options you have to wait for it to load which I've never seen in a game before.
