What can i say if you are ages between 28 to 32 you will have seen most of these, and if you are like me would of watched them all while eating your dinner.... what can i say, this is simply a gripping storyline, fantastic special effects, and an endearing friendship.

It also has one of the best starting songs ever made.... all together now....

Do, do do, do do do, do do do

Childern of the sun,

See your time has just begun,

searching for the days,

through adventure everyday,

Everyday and night,

with the condor in flight,

with all your friends in tow,

we search of the cities of gold....

Ahhhhh, ahhh ahhhh, someday we will find the cities of goooooold.

Ahhhhh, ahhh ahhhh, someday we will find the cities of goooooold.

..... fantastic!!!! :) lol i will be singing this all day now.

Rated - 5 starsOne of the best kids cartoons!

What can I say? If you were a child in the 80's you probably remember this cartoon being on BBC. The animation was fantastic, the stroyline gripping and the number of episodes amazing. I have been waiting for years for this to come on DVD and if you like the whole Manga style cartoons with great music and gripping strories then this is a must to see, but be prepared to be lost for hours!

Rated - 5 starsAbout time it was released!

My nostalgic life is complete! The last few years has seen the release of all the quality 80's cartoon epics such as Dogtanion, Willy Fog, Ulysees 31,etc - but this one is probably the most eagerly awaited.

Mountains of episodes, an amazing story line and THE best theme tune ever add up to equal a must-see (and must have) series. If you are now aged 27-35 there's a better than good chance you watched at least a couple of episodes of this on Childrens BBC in the mid 80's, but even if you didn't - it's still no excuse not to see it this time!

I was looking into why its cartoons like this that stay so ingrained in the mind and then I saw that the first running of the series was over 10 months! It really became part of your life after school every week. I dare say i'll find the dubbing far more dubious than I remember but thats a small issue.

I also notice only one high street retailer/online firm is selling this at the mo where as everyone else isn't selling it till June. I've already reserved my copy!
