Rated - 2 starscould of been so much better

A Bourne Conspiracy game has so much potential but the potential is wasted when you find the game does all the stylish 'Bourne' moves for you when a certain button flashes up on screen! The lazy QTE (quick time event) is back, a tool of a lazy game designer, no skill is required as you just have to press a button. The fighting moves are very basic, 2 buttons until you build a 'take down move' (the QTE). It also used for the shooting and driving sections. The driving sections are terrible, the mini handles like a brick.

The game is a very much a rental only as there is some enjoyment but its not a game you will keep playing after a week or 2.

Rated - 4 starsGood Game

This is really a good game with plenty of action and keeps you interested in the game, its not the usual shoot, shoot and more shooting.

The only downside to this is when you are fighting people Jason Bourne totally disappears in parts and you cant see what youre doing.

Rated - 3 starsIts OK

Flameswordsman from London [Highly rated reviewer] , 03/07/2008

This is an OK game. It follows the story of the 1st movie, with multiple levels spliced in via flashbacks [like an assassination, and the events that led to him being on that boat, getting shot and losing his memory]

The game breaks down into 2 distinct sections, Hand-to-Hand combat, and Gunplay [with one driving level thrown in]. The hand-to-hand is where the game is best. Although the combo's are very limited, its still fun. Gunplay is another matter, and feels a little broken [Bourne moves slowly when a gun is equipped as the targetting-reticule is constantly fixed on the screen, so its a little awkward]. The best part about the Gunplay is being able to run up to an enemy, instantly disarm him, then use your fists instead.

The game is very short, but I'd recommend it as a rental, especially for any gamer who liked the movies.

Some of the Xbox 360 achievements seem to require you to play through the game literally 4 times, but otherwise its reasonably generous with 'em.

Rated - 2 starsmeh!

The game seemed pretty good at first, the combat is enjoyable, and the shoot outs are okay. Its very Bourne style, running through sections actually created a good feel for the film. however, the combat soon gets tiring and the gun fights are average. the game is very short and my god, the mini chase level is completely broken. the car handles like a shopping trolley! dont rent unless your a MASSIVE fan and dont mind these issues

Rated - 3 starsSomething made it terrible, but I don't know what?

Graphics where pretty good at first, in fact the whole game was good at first, but then all the enemys on a mission looked the same and the gameplay seemed to get very repeatitive. The plot was proberbly the best thing about the game so why didn't they make the game in general better!

IF YOU LIKE PRESSING A BUTTON WHEN THE CONSOLE TELLS YOU TO YOU WILL LOVE THIS GAME, HOWEVER IF YOU HAVE A BRAIN AND LIKE TO WORK THINGS OUT YOURSELF YORU JUST RENTED THE WORSE GAME EVER. GRAPHICS ARE GREAT BUT ITS THE GAME PLAY THAT MURDERES THIS GAME. STAY WELL CLEAR UNLESS A GAMER SCORE GLUTTON.
