So far i have found this to be a really useful application to use with the ds.
It sets you acheivable challenges and targets based on your bmi and your diet.
I have found so far that simply wearing the pedometer and recording your dietry intake really makes you think about the amount of exercise you fit in a regular day and what you eat.
I am enjoying this so far and believe positive changes to my health will come about.
Great for people either wanting to cut weight or just those who wish to lead a healthier lifestyle.
