Brief synopsis of The Witches Of Eastwick

This raunchy metaphor for the battle between the sexes from Mad Max director George Miller soars with inspired lunacy as three romance-starved suburban women dabble in off-white magic for some offbeat chandelier swinging. The witches are all slightly eccentric members of Eastwick's small town morality. Although now all single, they want a man and in a drinking spree they discuss what their ideal man would be like.

What they got was Jack Nicholson in typical over the top mode as a devil out for his own fun.

Each of the three women is individually seduced by Nicholson, then, in a memorable tennis match, as a group. But Nicholson is no better than the average guy despite his fine rhetoric and the women decide not to have anything more to with him. But Nicholson has a serious trick up his devilish sleeve that puts one of the women in hospital.

In order to call of the attacks, the women go back to Nicholson but with a determination to show Nicholson who is boss...
