Rated - 5 starsMust See!!!!!!!!

Its Simple. It is clearly the finest comedy ever made, and was made in 1978.

It is so human and philosophical that it puts blockbuster films to shame. The acting is profound, extremley funny, and hilarious, infact astronomically hilarious. The actors influence on British comedy is visible and the characters Juan, Ali and Ranjeet should be knighted for the astounding, beautiful and tear-jerkingly funny roles they have played and invented.

Without exception the finest and most thought about comedy in the world.

It is a pleasure to watch them over and over again!!!!!!!!!!

5 Stars is an insult to the amazing grouping of humanity and its gestures and insecurities and how it is portrayed by the finest actors I have ever seen.

And im only 30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

go and rent it.

Although tv stations will not repeat these due to political correctness...this has to be one of the most hilarious series ever. One needs to understand that the message of the series is that everyone is different and we must celebrate these differences. We all speak in different accents, have different beliefs, and what we find in this classroom is exactly that. What is beautiful is that it shows that we can all live together, that at the end of the day we can get along..if we remember our common goals....in this series the goal was to learn english. In life our goals are to have healthy fulfilling lives.

Watch this series..it really is hilarious...and yes sometimes it can seem like it is being too stereotypical of certain cultures but remember the main message and you'll realise thats its not done to harm but to foster greater understanding of different people inthe world.

Hooray for non PC 70's comedies. Some do gooders claim this is racist, by playing on racial stereotypes. Rubbish! Its making fun of the English language, and the use of language. Its an absolute hoot! Watch it for what it is, Comedy, and a damn good one.
