disappointed with it

now this game has the most stunning intro movie I've ever seen (at least on my big tv) and it looks real for the most part. but sadly the game..........

the visuals in the game can only be described at best as passable (i know, grafix don't make a great game. but they help) and the controls...... ;-(

unfortunately while i could forgive the looks and the less than good controls, i can't forgive the serious lack of level activity.

during my short time with the game i found the levels to be seriously short with some taking less than a minute to finish and because of that you have no time to explore or enjoy the levels before time is up or you run out of ammo or you beat the level.

well, i live in hope of finding a good mech game on console. this is not one of them.

My review of Chromehouds was not a good one and Armoured Core is about to get a very similar one. Graphically 'better' than Chromehounds would be a stretch for sure when the only real difference is the release date. I know they are two completely different games but when you have games like Fable 2, GTA4 etc that really look beautiful, it's hard to see where developers get off releasing this kind of game. it's boring and irritating and I tuned it off after 5 minutes it was that poor.

Armored core For Answers

First of all,this is a game made for fans of the Armored core series .it as the title say's 'answers' alot of question in thre last game AC4,as in a sense you play a different pilot in the game and fight your self 'white Glint' the hero you play in the forth game, in between some pretty tough fights the game explain alot about why the war is taking place,again this is made for the fans,if your new to the AC game it still as the pick up and play factor

it's a marite game so if you want somethink which comes off as being an epic war with battles agains massive mechs this is the game for you.
